Peter picked us up from our accommodation in Trieste and was very conscientious about ensuring we were comfortable. The van was very comfortable with the ability to control the climate from the back. There was a fold up step underneath the seat if the step up was too big. Peter was very friendly and accommodating, and was happy to talk or to leave us to chat. He provided us with a brief history of the Istria region and connected us with a wireless hotspot. We arrived early for the cave tour and took the opportunity to walk about 10 minutes to a lookout across one of the cave exits and take some photos. We got back before our scheduled tour departure and Peter was kind enough to have a chat about his future plans for offering culinary tours of Slovenia. We would highly recommend Peter and his team for day tours of Slovenia. The caves are amazing, like something from a Disney movie. UNESCO listing is very well deserved, definitely a highlight of our trip.
