- Please be informed that the Vatican Museums provide wheelchair free of charge in the main lobby. You can easily pick one up upon entering, before starting your own independent visit.

- Please note also that - the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica maintains a strict dress code year-round. All visitors must have their shoulders covered and pants/skirts must come to the knee. Please wear comfortable shoes.
- Backpacks, tripods and big umbrellas must be left inside the cloakroom upon entering Vatican Museum. To reduce any disruption for your group, we recommend that backpacks are not taken on this tour.

The Sistine Chapel is one of the most brilliant pieces of the work of Michaelangelo. There is so much more to see in the Vatican museum covering centuries of the most sought after artists through to the present day.

Finally making it into the Vatican! ….,Got to the collection point early. Told to come back later. We wanted to pick up our ticket, look around St Peter’s then go to the Vatican. Felt pressured to buy a guided tour (as we’d have to go back to the collection point later) which was ‘leaving straigh...
Finally making it into the Vatican! ….,Got to the collection point early. Told to come back later. We wanted to pick up our ticket, look around St Peter’s then go to the Vatican. Felt pressured to buy a guided tour (as we’d have to go back to the collection point later) which was ‘leaving straight away’. Hung around outside for the guide for nearly an hour whilst having our ‘sticker’ changed twice. Thought we were being swindled. The line wasn’t huge, so by the time we got in we would have saved a lot of time and stress by not beating the line. Will never use or recommend Viator again. You need to get your Agents sorted, they are on the make. PressuredBenita_D

Finding the ticket location was confusing. Then no direction for which counter to go to. Stood in the wrong line for 10 minutes. Finally given a little sticker and told to go outside. No clue as to what to do outside! We just watched people with the same sticker and followed. In the museum it got...

CHAOS! Finally saw a guy handing tickets out to the others and hurried over to assure we actually got one! Organization folks. Work on that.Steven_A

I clicked "get tickets " in your email and it brought up a pdf that I thought was the tickets. However it was just instructions in very fine print about where to pick up the tickets. We were not allowed into the Vatican and are out the price of the tickets. I have booked several tours with viato...

We were not allowed into the Vatican and are out the price of the tickets. I have booked several tours with viator in the past and never had such a thing happen. I believe I should get a refund. I use viator for their reliability. I don't know if I trust you anymore.
