Round trip transfer Example : Travel from Heathrow Airport to Portsmouth cruise port , return transfer can be arranged to Heathrow airport / airport hotel or to a hotel /accommodation in London.
You will be provided with a chauffeur driven car service from central London to Portsmouth Cruise/Ferry Port or from the Heathrow Airport to Portsmouth Port.
Airport pickup is included meet and greet service with your name board at the arrival hall.
When collecting passengers from the Port going to London or Heathrow Airport , Your driver will come inside to collect you from the arrival hall displaying your name board where possible or you may need to walk outside the arrival hall to meet your driver. He/she will help you with your luggage and drive you to your destination by using latest navigation system with live traffic information.
Customers must choose pick up time wisely and provide all necessary details such as ship arrival time during booking process for the Port pickup and Flight details for Airport pickup/ drop off .
Port pickup : Time may take between one hour to one hour and 30 minutes to reach arrival hall depending your cabin location.

- Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Port. Thereafter £10.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 10 minutes free waiting time available.
- Infant seats available
- Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.
- For Airport pickups : Request your pickup time after 60, 90, 120 minutes from flight landed time to avoid waiting charges. We are offering 30 minutes free waiting time from the pre- requested pickup time. Driver will monitor your flight and adjust pickup time according to landing time.
