The Singapore Flyer, a giant observation wheel that features brilliant engineering breakthroughs a world apart from the traditional ferris wheel, is set to be Asia's most visible iconic visitor attraction.
Enveloped safely in a capsule, 165m above ground level, Singapore Flyer provides breathtaking, panoramic views of Singapore and beyond. You will be treated to a visual 360° feast of iconic and historical landmarks such as Singapore River, Raffles Place, Merlion Park, and Empress Place.
Catch glimpses of the neighbouring Indonesian Spice Islands and the Straits of Johor, Malaysia while watching the ships sail serenely by.

I had arranged to attend an English speaking Ducktour. But as the majority of people on the tour were Chinese the operator asked if we would be ok with a bit of both. I agreed but should never have been asked. The tour guide spoke English for less than 10% of tour, and I did not have time to acce...

In my view you should get what you arrange and pay for. The tour would be worthwhile, but recommend you seek the shade. The Flyer was as expected. Prompt service on a busy day.Road09568618680

Poor, rigid and borderline unethical tourist company in Singapore with opaque policies. We purchased Duck tours tickets (8 tickets) and had initially scheduled for 2nd May, 5:30 pm slot. We had senior citizens in our group with mobility issues and we were late to reach the spot by about 5 mins,...
Poor, rigid and borderline unethical tourist company in Singapore with opaque policies. We purchased Duck tours tickets (8 tickets) and had initially scheduled for 2nd May, 5:30 pm slot. We had senior citizens in our group with mobility issues and we were late to reach the spot by about 5 mins, by when the boat already left even though we were in touch with the operator over whatsapp. We requested to adjust in the next slot, but we were told that was already full. We were asked to contact customer care for any alternate appointment. However upon contacting, we are being told that the booking is void after initial appointment even though the expiry date of the ticket is not over yet which is very disappointing and borderline unethical as we were not aware of such policy. We have as many as 8 tickets and it's not a pleasant feeling to see them all go wasted (even acknowledging the error on our part of being narrowly late), particularly considering we had aged members in the group with mobility issues, we felt relinquishing all our tickets was way too harsh and unacceptable. Even the slots that we missed were monetized by other customers as kept kept on waiting at the spot for the next slot. We requested the company to accommodate in any of less busier slots, but they were very rigid. Seems like they just wait for customers to err on their part to pound and encash on the opportunity.
