City Tours Staff were easily contactable on phone and accessible at their ticket office. Staff were welcoming and helpful with various options to consider when we next visit, which we will come again to explore.

If you book this make sure you redeem your vouchers from Marina Square before going to Singapore Flyer as they do not recognize the vouchers from Viator. After that, it was clear sailing. Singapore flyer was just ok, very slow. The real highlight was the Captain Exployer DUKW tour with Willia...
If you book this make sure you redeem your vouchers from Marina Square before going to Singapore Flyer as they do not recognize the vouchers from Viator. After that, it was clear sailing. Singapore flyer was just ok, very slow. The real highlight was the Captain Exployer DUKW tour with William - he was fun, informative and very helpful and even though everyone was tired and hot, he made the experience enjoyable. The lady at reception of City Hub was also very helpful and accommodating with our vouchers. Thank you.
