Stop At: Little Adam's Peak View Point, Passara Road, Ella 90090 Sri Lanka
“Punchi Sri Pada” is another name for this peak. It is 1141 m in height. Little Adam's Peak attracts many travelers who come to Sri Lanka. Gradually with an easy hike up to the mountain of Little Adams Peak you can consummation a worth panoramic view. Possible to see sunset and sunrise from here.
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Nine Arches Bridge, Ella Sri Lanka
Built at 3100m above sea level, among the craggy peaks of the Central Highlands; the Nine Arches forms a viaduct between the Demodara and Ella Railway stations. Built entirely out of brick, rock and cement; without a single piece of steel; the bridge has stood solid from 1921, its time of creation.
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Ravana Ella Falls, Ella-Wellawaya Road, Ella 90090 Sri Lanka
This waterfall measures approximately 25 m (82 ft) in height and cascades from an oval-shaped concave rock outcrop. During the local wet season, the waterfall turns into what is said to resemble an areca flower with withering petals.
Duration: 20 minutes
Stop At: Diyaluma Falls, Colombo - Batticaloa Hwy, Koslanda 90190 Sri Lanka
Diyaluma Falls is 220 m high and the second highest waterfall in Sri Lanka and 361st highest waterfall in the world. It is situated 6 km away from Koslanda in Badulla District on Colombo-Badulla highway. The Falls are formed by Punagala Oya, a tributary of Kuda Oya which in turn, is a tributary of Kirindi Oya.
Duration: 3 hours
Stop At: Demodara Loop, Demodara, Ella 90090 Sri Lanka
The Demodara Loop is where the track passes under itself, going around the loop and emerges from the no 42 tunnel. The Loop is 441 feet long. The station is situated exactly over the tunnel. Also that's the centre of the crossing point of the loop.

After the waterfall we ate at the restaurant we park at and it was the most amazing food we had in Ella. A very small restaurant that was connected to a hostel/hotel type of establishment. Even though the weather did not allow us to go to the diyaluma falls, he showed us different other places and even took us to a local temple-ceremony and his home town. I travelled solo with Atu for 2 days. From the moment he picked me up at my hotel he made me feel very comfortable. I travelled solo with Atu for 2 days. From the moment he picked me up at my hotel he made me feel very comfortable. He is kind, loves nature and the beauties of Ella and will make sure to protect you from scammers and pickpocketers along the way. He knew different routes to the usual touristic ones to get to the wanted spots which made the tour more pleasant and unique as we had almost no one in our way. He speaks good english and explains well the origins of things. He also taught me to not be afraid of heights, this was a beautiful lesson for me. I believe Atu is a hidden treasure in Ella and anyone touring with him is in for a lot of fun, as he is very funny 😆 Everyone in town also knew him and cared for him which made things easier a long the way. After touring with him for 2 days, I consider him a friend and will defenetly come back to see more beautiful hidden spots in Ella with him ♥️ Ps: he also takes amazing pictures !!!828raqueln
