In the afternoon, visit the small village and the fortified church of
Biertan in a secluded valley.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

The day started with a long road drive to Sighisoara. Spent a few hours wandering the place. Then stopped for lunch at Biertan followed by a tour of the fortified church. A long day but worth it. My only comment would be that it would have been nice to stop somewhere during the drive to sighisoa...
The day started with a long road drive to Sighisoara. Spent a few hours wandering the place. Then stopped for lunch at Biertan followed by a tour of the fortified church. A long day but worth it. My only comment would be that it would have been nice to stop somewhere during the drive to sighisoara for a coffee/comfort break. Apart from that the two sites are well preserved, clean, and not too many tourist traps. Would definitely recommend Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained things in a lot of detail.Tour veramente esaustivo e completo di Biertan e la sua chiesa fortificata....e della bellissima Sighisoara...piccola perla davvero da non perdere in Transilvania. Los pueblos son preciosos y merece mucho la pena verlos, para entender mejor la historia de Rumania. El guía Andrei Nicu es fenomenal me explico muy bien todo (con mucha historia). me enseño muy bien los dos sitios y fue muy agradable en todo ...
La excursión a Sighisoara y Biertan estuvo fenomenal. Los pueblos son preciosos y merece mucho la pena verlos, para entender mejor la historia de Rumania. El guía Andrei Nicu es fenomenal me explico muy bien todo (con mucha historia). me enseño muy bien los dos sitios y fue muy agradable en todo momento. Hands down the best guide - incredibly polite, informative, well spoken, everything. Sighisoara in particular blew us away! Definitely our favouite destination. Highly, highly recommend.
