We had so much fun, and got to visit a small village, take a short pretty hike, get all the way up in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, eat almonds off a tree, see lots of wildflowers....

We had so much fun, and got to visit a small village, take a short pretty hike, get all the way up in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, eat almonds off a tree, see lots of wildflowers. As a surprise the top of the mountains was full of snow, even in April! We also saw a wild mountain goat, and about 250 goats running by the car. Jamie is very knowledgeable about the area, the mountains, and all the vegetation and trees. Highly recommend!Very interesting and knowledgeable guide, Jaime knew a lot about the area and the agriculture. Superb walk in the mountains included.

After booking the tour, Jamie answered me immediately. He was very friendly and luckily the group of 8 was also great. Jamie drove the van through interesting dirt roads up to Sierra Nevada National Park in perfect weather. He always showed us the best vistas and told us about the vegetation. We stopped at a small restaurant for a drink and we arrived to a snow-covered summit just before sunset. Perfect timing. After a hot beverage, we were driven home.
