- Infants tickets are 1-3 years old and must sit on laps.
- Child tickets are 4-10 years old. Children under less than 100 cm. in height can see the show for FOC -free of charge, provided that they share a seat with a parent
- Seats will be assigned on the day of the show. Latecomers will be seated only during certain times decided on at the theater's discretion
- The theatre doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Late arrival guests are requested to attend the show after break, otherwise a suitable seat will be assigned
- You should arrive before the show starts to visit the show in advance to see various Thai cultural treasures such as floating market villages. Fountain and light show Spectacular dance performances, and Muay Thai.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
