This was an excellent alternative to the more than double excursion provided by our cruise. We ended up being a small group so we fit in a large van with a guide that was also the driver. Adrian was very informative and entertaining, made sure we see as much as possible and, despite periods of rain we still saw all the attractions. I highly recommend if your port is Liverpool and you aren't a huge Beatles fan. We had plenty of time for a little shopping after we toured the castle.
