Your evening begins at a beloved local tapas bar that doubles as a gourmet shop. Enjoy a selection of Spanish cured meats paired with a beloved local aperitif drink: sweet vermouth.

It’s showtime! Head to one of the few remaining authentic flamenco venues in the historic center of Seville for a passionate live performance you won’t soon forget.

Last but not least, you’ll sit down at one of Seville’s best modern tapas bars serving creative fusion cuisine. You’ll discuss the performance over a dinner of shared plates and plenty of fantastic wine.

Sophia was our guide and she was excellent. Clearly knew her stuff and was very enthusiastic, informative and knowledgable. The tapas bars both old and new served excellent food and drink. The high light was definitely the Flamenco set in a gorgeous courtyard where we had front row seats. Sophia explained some of the history of Flamenco before the show which helped us to appreciate and understand more of what we were about to experience. It was stunning. Highly skilled performers who clearly loved what they were doing and not just going through the motions. The whole evening was finished off with a delightful tapas meal in a small restaurant. Highly recommended and worth every penny.This is a fantastic introduction to the food and culture of Sevilla. Elena is a wonderful guide who gave us lots of cool information about the tapas and food we were eating, and helped orient us about Flamenco before we watched the beautiful show. This tour was canceled four days before it was to take place and there was no available alternative. A couple of weeks before, I had tried to contact this company when I had received an e-mail from them regarding a San Sebastian tour. This didn't pertain to me, of course, but I sent them an e-mail just to confirm my Seville booking. Never heard from them. After three days, I decided to call their office, where they did confirm my reservation. Then four days after this phone call, I receive an e-mail from them saying they were canceling the tour in its entirety. Suffice it to say that I am not pleased with this high unprofessional behavior.
