We booked on to the Old Town & Shipyard tour for our flying weekend visit to Gdansk. We were scheduled to go out at 10am on the Saturday. It poured with rain on Friday but we were still optimistic. At 8am on Saturday morning we received a call to advise us that unfortunately the rain has caused some mechanical issues and were asked if we'd be happy to go out at 14h30 instead, which we agreed. We then got another call at 13h00 to advise that they were unable to rectify the issue but had two available and that they would love to take us on an extended, private tour at 20h00, once the Segways were charged. We politely declined due to an early morning flight and the refund was processed 5minutes later. The service received from this company was great! We might not have gotten our tour but they were professional, helpful and the communication was better than we could have asked for. You are safe hands 👍Do not waste your time on any other excursion.. I cannot stress enough how excellent the service is and how enjoyable the experience was.. this is 100% the only way to see almost all the city in style, with fun and with knowledgeable guides.. the segway was easy to control (I had never tried befo...

If You stay in Gdańsk You should definitely try it.In the beginning, driving seems difficult, but after a few hundred meters I felt confident. I would never see certain places on foot. The views from Gradowa Hill are amazing. The tour guide had a lot of interesting stories. I highly recommend this tour.
