Our trip to Naples started out with Aer Lingus not getting our luggage onto our connecting flight. The claim people at Naples airport were the most unhelpful, unfriendly people I ever met. We went to our hotel after making a claim on our luggage which was an hour and a half away from the airport. 5 days later we were told Aer Lingus would not deliver our luggage, we would have to go back to the airport to pick it up. A 3 hour drive. We had signed up for a tour with Carmine before we left the states. He came to pick us up at our hotel for our tour and we mentioned our problem. He thought deeply for a moment and said that's not right. He looked at us and said this is Carmine. He drove to the airport and walked us in to the correct area and said he would wait outside. Our hero. He took us on a tour of the Amalfi Coast and lunch at a beautiful restaurant in the hills for us to have lunch where they grow their own vegetables. It was amazing with an amazing view.
