Let me start with saying if I could give MINUS 100, I would. Never in my life i have seen/met anyone more rude than the guide we had. I think the word "rude" is quite an understatement for what he really is but I will not be using other words. Me and my friend were kayaking, definitely slower than the other people in the group. All the sudden, I heard someone yelling and I did not even know it was at us. He came and started shouting "left", "right". Once we realize, he was yelling at us, we first panicked then tried to follow his direction. That lead us hitting to a tree. Then he completely lost it. Couple of things he yelled at us "you cannot even paddle", "you cannot even talk" and more... There were tens of ppl in their kayaks as he was yelling at us. One couple even stopped and asked us if we were doing ok. Here you go! You have it all. So if you are gonna kayak with this company and you are not gonna ace it, do not waste your money and time. On top of that, we were there obviously for vacation and he killed the whole vibe almost for the day. None of my family and friend will waste a single dollar on this company for sure.I’d say the most memorable moment was when my wife and I made the final paddle that brought us to the end of our almost 5 hour journey. I’d say the most memorable moment was when my wife and I made the final paddle that brought us to the end of our almost 5 hour journey. We were so proud that, as senior citizens, we were able to complete this adventure. Zach, our guide, was a great help. The scenery, including the waterfall and pool, were wonderful. But make no mistake, this is some serious kayaking (2 miles out and 2 miles back). And the trail (1.25 miles in and 1.25 miles out) was, at times, muddy, rocky, covered with roots, and included a couple of very wet river crossings. Having said all that, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend it. But be prepared.Awesome kayak and hiking experience in a stunning scenery. Guides were awesome and took care of the group all the time (with help of the little lovely one god of war ;-)). Weather was changing from rain to sunny and back. Swainy (sweat and rain) weather!!! Would do it again. Thanks! Matthias

Even though he sweated and worked his butt off he continued to share his knowledge of the island. He was professional and we had so much fun!

However, the most joy was brought when he pulled his ukulele from his kayak and serenaded us along the trail! It was truly a unique wonderful experience!

Loved the kayak and hike. Not enough time at the waterfall. By the time we ate and took a few pics it was time to go. I think an hour at the falls would be nice. Also it was super crowded at the waterfall area so I think it’s just tons of groups coming in and out so it feels kind of rushed and crowded. But we enjoyed it as best we could. We chose this tour because it didn’t include lunch, we brought our own, and it cost less than the tour that includes lunch.
