Service is really bad. They split up your kids from adults so the family can’t be together when taking photos. One of our kids had to go up because of ear pressure but we coudln’t be there with him. It’s hard to make any special request (even if we pay more) as they’re only used to standard ser...
Service is really bad. They split up your kids from adults so the family can’t be together when taking photos. One of our kids had to go up because of ear pressure but we coudln’t be there with him. It’s hard to make any special request (even if we pay more) as they’re only used to standard service, so don’t request for diving even if you have certificate. Facility is bad, they only have 2 restrooms and 2 shower for hundreds of people onboard at that time. The speedboat service is bad too (provided by Rooty Trip), driver is reckless and swear a lot, not suitable for children. The only good thing is nice coral and fish.doanbachtuyetngoc

Excellent service! We arrive in the beautiful day, nice weather and amazing sea. I can see a lot of fishes and coral reefs. Highly recommend !

Good things: The tour guides, instructors, divers are amazing. Very attentive, taking good care of all passengers. Waiting time is quite long as the demand is huge. Appreciate that people at Namaste keep a professional and calm attitude, extremely patient with kids and elderly despite a huge lot ...
Good things: The tour guides, instructors, divers are amazing. Very attentive, taking good care of all passengers. Waiting time is quite long as the demand is huge. Appreciate that people at Namaste keep a professional and calm attitude, extremely patient with kids and elderly despite a huge lot of tourists. As I dont know how to swim, I was a bit scared at first but 1 diver followed up 1 passenger so it was very secure. They offer taking photos underwater with a surcharge, which is great to save the memories. Can improve: The fish & the coral reef are not as vibrant as in the advertisement. The sea walking distance is shorter than my expectations. Overall, I still think this is a fantastic experience to try especially for those who don't know swimming to get a glimpse at the underwater life in Phu Quochien0310hihi
