We took part in Kayak & coasteering & had a thoroughly awesome morning. James N, Amy & Dan we're very knowledgeable, helpful & professional but most of all thoroughly good fun. I highly recommend these instructors, activities & the Newquay activity centre in general. 5 star service throughout 🙏

We took the Heritage Kayaking Tour. James our tour guide was patient from start to finish, explaining all the safe Kayaking techniques etc, and also taking the time to cater the tour to what we wanted to see/know more about (as we were truly privileged to be the only ones in the slot). It was a fantastic way to learn more about the history of Newquay as James is obviously very knowledgeable and made it interesting for us to listen while kayaking. Whether you are a beginner or experienced in Kayaking, I'd definitely recommend asking for James the next time you visit the Newquay Activity Centre - our experience was so much better because he's such an entertaining and charismatic person!Booked in advance as we were travelling for a long weekend to Newquay. Booked in advance as we were travelling for a long weekend to Newquay. During the run up the centre kept us up to date even asking us to move our arrival time slightly earlier to allow for the tides. The day before we were contacted to discuss the booking as the sea conditions were expected to be too rough, and were given a number of other options. We wanted to Kayak so an instructor was allocated and we were driven to a secluded inlet that was more sheltered. The instructor Dan could not have been nicer to two unfit, 60+ year olds that had never Kayaked before and not only paddled the inlet at our pace, but was very informative about the wild life, the local area and many more other things - Thanks Dan. A well recommended centre that can cater for all your needs If it wasn’t the 350+ mile drive they would see us againGreat afternoon kayaking in the Gannel estuary. Peaceful, great weather, lots of wildlife. Equipment first class, and Harrison was a great tour guide. Well recommended with views to die for. We will be back (again!) on our next visit to Newquay.

It was brilliant, we saw one of the resident seals close up! Harry looked after us and gave us pointers on how to paddle better. He took us to lots of coves and caves and explained the history of the area. All for Harry!
