What to expect
FUN DIVING TRIP TO SAIL ROCK FROM KOH PHANGAN
This trip is for CERTIFIED DIVERS ONLY where you will enjoy a 2 dive trip to Sail Rock from Ko Pha Ngan! This is undoubtedly one of the best dive sites in the Gulf of Thailand.
SAIL ROCK DIVE SITE
This large pinnacle (which begins above sea level) provides a superb wall dive effect. Together with a number of surrounding smaller pinnacles, Sail Rock offers an amazingly varied topography. One of the most famous features of Sail Rock is probably its chimney. Here you can swim into the rock at 18m, up through the vertical chimney and exit either at 12m or 8m.
MARINE LIFE
With a variety of large pelagic fish including Barracuda and Mackerel, they form huge schools around the rock. Present on the rock itself is an incredibly varied ecosystem formed by countless species of fish. Groupers, Wrasse, Snapper, Batfish, Angelfish and Damselfish can all be seen at Sail Rock. Numerous interesting species of marine life such as Scorpionfish, Moray Eels, Shrimps, Nudibranchs and Sea Slugs can also be found both on the wall and amongst the corals. If you are really lucky, you might get to meet Sail Rock’s resident Whale Sharks!

I went to sail rock many times, 2 fun dives In march. One of the best spot around the globe to dive. I also did my DM course there in 2016. The diving crew is fabulous, they will take care of you like if you were part of their family. I highly recommend

Me and my girlfriend were visiting Koh Phangan and looking for a good place for scuba diving. We did not know anything about this island so we just walked into the next office, that was Asia Blue. The staff answered all our questions very experienced, so we had a good feeling about booking a tour to Sail Rock with them. We can't really say anything bad about the trip: Experienced stuff, breakfast and lunch, very beautiful dive side (although somewhat crowded), nice weather, ... For me - with only about 8 dives up to this trip - it was important to have an experienced dive instructor. And as luck has it Ramon did a really good job at this! Two days later we decided to do another tour with Blue Asia (again Sail Rock) and again Ramon showed up because he saw our names on the registration and decided to dive with us again. Thanks!He really made the experience for us! We felt safe and had fun at the same time. Michael really knows what he is doing, he is a complete professional. He has an aire about him that exudes calmness, and it really allowed us to relax and enjoy the dive. The views are incredible at sail rock and he ...

Wir hatten sogar unsere Koffer dabei da es am selben Tag nach Koh samui weiter ging, war alles kein Problem. Die Organisationelle Seite hat mit Boot tauchausrüstung und essen super funktioniert. Wir hatten einen netten und sehr erfahrenen tauc...
Die Abholung morgens am Hotel hat super funktioniert. Wir hatten sogar unsere Koffer dabei da es am selben Tag nach Koh samui weiter ging, war alles kein Problem. Die Organisationelle Seite hat mit Boot tauchausrüstung und essen super funktioniert. Wir hatten einen netten und sehr erfahrenen tauch guide welcher sich am tauchplatz sehr gut ausgekannt hatte. Ein kleiner minus Punkt ist dass wir die Tour auf deutsch gebucht hatten, der guide allerdings nur englisch konnte. Für uns war das kein Problem sollte man allerdings beachten. Insgesamt ein sehr tolles Erlebnis.
