What to expect
Have you ever wondered what it is like to breathe underwater? This 3-hour program is an exciting and easy introduction into the picturesque underwater landscape of Cyprus with its crystal clear and calm waters. It includes a 20-30 minutes comprehensive classroom lesson before the dive, explaining everything you need to know about diving.
After the theory session we will kit you up and drive 2 minutes down to the beach around the corner. You will take your first breath underwater. Something you will never forget! In shallow water we are practicing a few skills to develop confidence.
Once you feel comfortable, we will have a 30-45 minute tour in Blue Bay to a maximum depth of 6 meters. You will have the chance to feed the fish and have some photographs taken.
After the dive, we will go back to the dive school, have some refreshments while you are watching your photographs on TV.
At the end we will drive you back to your hotel.
Our group sizes are limited to only 2 students per instructor or one family per instructor.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Picked up from hotel and a very informative safety briefing and test. Then kitted out and driven to a lovely bay and taken through what we had learned before and then into the sea. Fed the fish and had a wonderful time with Cas the trainer brilliant. It was so good I went back the next day and we went to Green Bay and saw turtles and a lion fish and spent 50 mins underwater. I have never scuba dived before but next year when we return I will be really looking forward to seeing Steve Cas and the team. We had never done scuba diving and decided that Discover Scuba would be best for us and what an amazing experience. Steve took us through the theory and made me and my daughters totally at ease. We then went to the beach with Cass and she was just as good, she guided through the whole experience and made it a thoroughly brilliant afternoon. Would I recommend the company, in a heart beat, very professional, a personal service, I buzzing to do Scuba again. Thank you, absolutely a memorable afternoon.What a fab beginners dive for our 14 year old. Steve was a legend and so good with him. It was such a good first dive that we booked a second dive today AND they went straight to Green Bay. Wow wow wow 4 turtles, 1 octopus, statues and lots of lovely fish. Me and my girlfriend (both divemasters) went to amazing 1 day diving trip to Wreck Zenobia. Weather was great, see was calm and instructor was the best we ever had. He was very nice, professional and took care of us on surface and under water. He’s diving center is really clean and with new or great maintained equipment. WOW WOW WOW Today Myself my husband and 3 teens (youngest 14) completed the discover scuba diving lesson and what an experience it were, we would highly recommend this to anyone. I were a little apprehensive as I have suffered panic attacks in the past but I were equally excited for the experience. Both instructors Cass and Pete were so helpful, friendly and incredibly experienced they put me at ease straight away. Whilst in the water I had a few hiccups, such as controlling my breathing but Cass noticed straight away and helped me, she were so patient and amazing, I cannot thank her enough. After the dive we sat and watched the video and photos taken which were fab, obviously we bought them as they were such a good price. We all had such a brilliant time and will definitely be returning, thank you guys.
