Loved the combination of food and history. Senachie was a wonderful guide for our tour. Highly recommend!
Loved the combination of food and history. Senachie was a wonderful guide for our tour. Highly recommend! The tour guy, Randy, was awesome! Going to the Oil Shop was kind of cool too...overall the food we ate was subpar. Not sure if it was because of Covid and lack of availability but overall food could have been better.

He not only spoke about the food in the area but took us through a history lesson of Bar Harbor. Food was fabulous, company great on a lovely August morning. I highly recommend this tour.

We took this walking food tour while visiting Bar Harbor for our anniversary. Randy was our guide and he was knowledgeable, friendly and funny. There was a good mix of food venues on this tour and portions were well sized. It is seafood heavy which is expected in this area. They will make dietary accommodations, if needed. We had some gluten free people in our group and they found substitutions for them. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a unique way to get introduced to bar harbor. Our guide Charlie was so passionate and knowledgeable about Bar Harbor and the island! Enjoyed all of our stops and loved starting with a little picnic in the park by the water. Great suggestions of things to do while in Bar Harbor!

The guide was extremely kind. We learned a very small amount of history of Bar Harbor. The participants on tour shared much history of the area and north. Would have liked to hear more of Bar Harbor. Food list. 1/2 lobster roll , blueberry crumbcake very small (3sips)cup of coffee frappe at picnic table in park. Next Gaylans crab cake sit in restaurant. Cup of clam chowder at Dog and pony restaurant ( rushed in and out by owners) and last 2 fishy tacos ,rice cup and bean cup for each 2 people to share.( if it was not for sharing with husband ...I would not have. ) This was served standing in a gazebo.....Lastly a Dixie cup of Moxie soda and a pc of Needum potato candy. The guide went to get the ice cream but the store closed(no help). The food was good. The guide was good. The trip was just good. Not a 5 rating tho.
