The Sapa bike tour was lots of fun for my wife and I! Man May picked us up at our hotel right on time and got us comfortable on the bikes before setting out. The bikes were easy to handle, however, the horn, speedometer, and headlights didn't work on one of the bikes. May was a great guide, and was more than willing to update our route so that we would get better views despite low and dense fog. Meeting a local family to have tea was a great experience. However, we felt a bit pressured to buy souvenirs. Overall, great experience. This was a fantastic day we had May as our guide and she is simply the best we had seen many of the tourist spots before and she took us to places we have not seen. If you do this tour May is the one to guide. I road my own motor bike and my wife road with May she is very good.would do the overni...

Not the right season to view the valley and village life as it was still winter; just too foggy to view and too cold to chat. The driest place we went was a cave, but again too cold to chat. It was a great experience anyway thanks to the hospitality of our guides, who invited us to a Tet festive meal at the village. Glad we are very OK to eat almost every part of a pig.A day with Man May is a fantastic way to take in the incredible views of Sapa and learn about the different villages and ethnic groups that make up the region. She knows all of the best spots off the beaten path and is happy to tailor a tour to you (her English is fantastic so you will have no problem communicating with her throughout the day- she has a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to chat with- I loved learning about her life in Sapa). I was so grateful to share the day with Man May. This experience is a must if you are visiting Sapa- I would highly recommend!May was an incredible guide and an excellent driver.
