La fábrica "Emilia" una pasada como trabajan todo manual. Santoña muy bonito pueblo pesquero que impresiona con su largo dique y su puerto. No hay que perderse el poder visitarlo.

The only negative was the boat trip was all in spanish so had no idea what we were looking at. An info sheet in English would have been useful.

Conservas La Abuela María – Santoña (Ne pas confondre avec Conservas Ana María) La Abuela María conserve, pour le meilleur plaisir de nos papilles, de vrais anchois locaux, selon une méthode artisanale. Les filets sont doux, pas trop salés, savoureux ; et se conservent au frais durant près de 6 mois. Les « boquerones en vinagre » sont également délicieux. Le jeune couple à la tête de cette entreprise est adorable, disponible, sympathique et extrêmement serviable. Il faut les louer pour leur gentillesse et leur talent.
