What to expect
Pass By: Biblioteca de Boquete, Via Boquete, Boquete 0413 Panama
You will ride through parts of Boquete at the beginning of your tour. We take back roads in order to avoid traffic as much as possible. Your first stop will be at the newly constructed Boquete Pedestrian Park for one of our food samplings. (picnic table style local Panamanian tamales)
Stop At: Mercado Público, QHG9+Q74, Av. A Este, Bajo Boquete, Panama
Visit Boquete's public farmers market where you can sample locally farmed seasonal fruit like avocado, passion fruit, dragon fruit, and other seasonal samples.
Duration: 25 minutes
Stop At: Los Ladrillos, Los Naranjos, Chiriqui 848'10. 8227'08. 3, Boquete 0413 Panama
Basalt rock formation used as a rock climbing wall.
Duration: 15 minutes
Stop At: San Ramón Waterfall, 849'03.2"N 8227'55., 7th N St, Boquete, Panama
Roadside waterfall next to the Caldera River. Enjoy sampling some Latin-style lasagna at this scenic spot while taking in the canyon views.
Duration: 25 minutes
Stop At: Castillo embrujado de Pepe, RGFH+W3V, Los Naranjos, Panama
Visit the abandoned ruins of "Castillo embrujado de Pepe" (Pepe's haunted castle). Great place to take some pictures with the ruins in the background, surrounded by eucalyptus trees.

Stop At: El Poder De Las Frutas, Los Naranjos, Bajo Boquete, Panama
Enjoy a delicious strawberry smoothie at this local favorite shop that specializes in fresh fruit sundaes with various toppings.
Duration: 25 minutes
Stop At: The Perfect Pair Coffee & Chocolate, Av. Central, Bajo Boquete, Panama
Try some of the handmade chocolates made with locally sourced cacao along with a cup of freshly brewed Boquete coffee.
Duration: 20 minutes
Stop At: Boquete Brewing Company, Main Street Bajo Boquete, 100 meters after the church, Boquete 0413 Panama
Our Last stop is back where the tour started. Here you can sit back and enjoy a well-deserved craft beer from one of the local craft breweries in Panama.

• Tamales - Chicken tamales wrapped in banana leaf. Vegetarian option enchiladas ratatouille
• Farmer's Market produce sampling. Avocados, Mango, Papaya - Local in-season fruits and vegetables depending on the time of year
• Fruit parfait cup - Home-made fruit parfait of seasonal fruits, yogurt, nuts, granola, honey, chocolate nibs
• Coffee sampling - 3-cup flight of coffee from a local coffee farm

loved it. good way to see the town of Boquete. The e-bikes make the hills super easy and not tiring. Good number of stops and the food was very good. The 4 hours flew by!! Glad we booked this. Highly recommend.

Being a Foodie I never had a bad experience on food tours. This once was no different, it was incredible. The food selection was awesome, the guide was fantastic and the E-Bikes (LOVE THEM). I now want an e-bike for myself. In spite of the misty weather it was great, I'm glad we did not cancel. ...

Fantastic Tour. Best way to see Boquete. Laura and Vinney were amazing and the bikes were new and very easy to use. The food and snacks along the way were delicious. The beer at the end of the tour was a perfect finish! A most do if you get the chance!

Excellent tour! First thing you want to do if you're not familiar with all the things to do in Boquete. The owner and guide were very nice and spoke English and Spanish. It was super easy to book on their website. We had bad weather on the day we booked so they gave us the option to change the day, which we did. If was totally worth it, would do it again. If I can back or had more time. We tasted sangria, a local dish, strawberry-flavoured desert, specialty coffee and chocolate and finally a beer in the sun to finish our day. I would recommend to anyone, not just people in great shape as the bikes CAN do most of the work for you. Great views, flowers, parks, waterfalls... Went beyond our expectations!haoleboy1956

Vinney was an excellent guide and guided us safely around Boquete with several stops to appreciate Boquete. He gave us a great orientation to the ebikes which were in excellent condition.
