Explore the city, enjoy Vietnamese Pancakes and Noodles
You will go with the flow in the rush hour of Saigon the way we, the local, do: all from the back of the bike. We ride through the beautiful lit boulevards, the back alleys and the busy streets, which is undoubtedly more awesome of an experience than looking through pictures in your handbook! Stop at real local vendors, where you have a chance to try Vietnamese noodles, pancakes while learning about the history and also special significant of each dish.

Coffee Time
At this point, you are literally quite full, don't worry, our guide takes you around Saigon and explore "Chung cư" - a Vietnamese old apartment which was built very long time ago. We will sit down to taste coffee in the hidden coffee shop and learn how to make a glass of Vietnamese coffee with a Vietnamese filter, not a machine. It is so good and that is why it has its place in everyone's bucket list when coming to Vietnam.

Linh and Hao took my wife and I on a fabulous food tour of Ho Chi Minh City by scooter. Initially we were both a little worried about travelling on motorcycles on the “crazy” roads but they both drove extremely safely and made us feel totally at ease. Their English was superb and they were very easy to chat to at the 4 restaurants. The food highlights were the Banh Xeo pancakes at Ngoc Son, the beef noodles at Bun Bo Ganh and egg coffee at Little Hanoi. We also tried the tofu desserts at Gioi Tau Hu. I would definitely recommend this tour as you try excellent, authentic Vietnamese dishes at restaurants where all the locals go whilst having superb guides to chat to.Excellent time and very good hosts. We are on a commercially organized tour and so far this was most fun event! Highly recommend it. Our drivers were: Phat, Thu, Chau , Chi, Minh.

She gave lots of great information and history driving past sights and in the restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants yummy authentic food and a tour off the beaten tourist tracks!
