I booked my guest here, and the service and communication was superb. Teri, contacted my via WhatsApp to confirm my appointment. She even helped me correct an error on my booking. We were picked up from our hotel on-time, and shuttled to the spa. Once at the spa, we were greeting with cooling towels that were aromatic. We had some time to walk the property taking-in the Koi pond, waterfall, and swing. From there we were introduced to our massuse and therapy began. The rooms were private and clean. The massuse were able to speak and understand English. They explained the treatment, and began the relaxation process. Our treatment was two hours - including 90 message, foot scrub, mud scrub and yogurt rub. Finally treatment was a warm flower bath with tea. All areas were excellent.Lovely staff, excellent services i will be coming again!!! We had a foot bath, the scrub and message you finish off rose bath! Loved it

More expensive than a lot of the other massage places in Bali. But since it was our honeymoon we booked the massage. We contacted the spa via whatsapp and the driver was very friendly and punctual. We had our feet washed, then a full body massage, followed by a scrub and moisturiser. Then showered and relaxed in a flower bath with nibbles. The venue was lovely and the staff booked and paid for a taxi as the driver was in traffic once our massage was finished.
