Round-Trip Shuttle Service from Zeebrugge to Bruges
Overview
Your cruise shuttle to Bruges provides a return shuttle service from your cruise ship to Bruges and back at regular intervals (max. waiting time 30 min.), so no delay in getting to Bruges and back from your cruise ship.
Shuttles leave Zeebrugge between 8.30AM-12PM (noon), and return from Bruges in the afternoon. The schedule in the afternoon depends on the departure time of your cruise ship. First bus back: 4 hours prior to final embarkment/ last bus back: 1 hour prior to final embarkment. Shuttles every 30 minutes.

What to expect
This shuttle service is the easiest and most cost-effective way to get, from your cruise ship, into the historic center of Bruges. By disembarking your cruise ship at Zeebrugge you will see Free Port Shuttles. Just take this shuttle and relax, the bus driver will take you to the cruise terminal. When you come out of the cruise terminal, just turn left and you will see an apartment block on the corner located on the other side of the road. (30 meter from the cruise terminal exit) Our headquarter shop is located on the bottom floor of this apartment block. (A/C available)
Operating hours in the morning: 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM (NOON!)
Operating hours in the afternoon: there are 7 moments back from Bruges to Zeebrugge - times are adjusted to the departure time of your cruise ship.

- At time of booking, cruise ship passengers must provide the following information: ship name, docking time, disembarktion time, and reboarding time
- Not wheelchair accessible

- Strollers and wheelchairs are storeable in the trunk, person in wheelchair has to be able to board the bus by him/herself.

The shuttle itself is fine, I did the exact same one last month, however they advertise that those who pre-book are given priority with a separate queue however this was not the case. I turned up 20 mins before the 11am shuttle and joined the back of a single queue. I was told that I would have to wait until the 11.30 shuttle because the 11am would be full by the time it was my turn in the queue. I asked why priority was not being given to those who had pre-booked and was told they don’t do that. I witnessed them selling lots of tickets to people in the queue in front of me. I also ending up returning on an earlier shuttle than I had intended in case the same thing happened again. I have written to the coach company to let them know that they either need to give priority to pre-booked or remove that from their website. Several people (at least 19) bought tickets on the strength of my recommendation prior to this happening but I would not recommend again unless they do give priority to pre-booked.Very annoyed that despite having prepaid for tickets, we had to queue over 30 mins to be given tickets (even though had email tickets) then another 25 min wait for a coach, which made us late for our excursion in Brugge which sadly we had to then miss!!!

Directions from the port terminal we're easy to follow and the coach was waiting. Thirty minute journey to Bruges, great map to find our way on foot. Coach back to port was on time. This was so easy, would definitely recommend to others - thanks very much 😁
