During the activity you will Learn Most of the Yoga Asanas & Pranayam ( breathing techniques ) by our Yoga Guru. The class runs everyday in morning and evening for 90 mins.

I visited youga class of Ashok Sahrma in July 2019. I was picked up from the hotel and brought back after the class. Driver was punctual and friendly. I practiced yoga for half a year before. The class of Ashok was very useful and interesting. He is patient and kind teacher, who makes sure that student understand how to make asana right. Strongly recommended for all who is interested in yoga.I really enjoyed my yoga session with Mr. Ashok, and his son sukret. It was a lovely setting on his rooftop, so peaceful and a great way to start the day. The visit included tea and biscuits made by his wife , and also taxi pickup from my hotel. After class he provided Indian tea and cookies. I definetly recommend it!
