One of our favorite evenings in Rome. The class was in a lovely terrace in the back of a working restaurant. This was a great family experience. We did it with our 16 and 15 year old boys who had a great time. There were 2 other families there with kids as young as 10. We all successfully made pasta and had a great time doing it and got to eat the results! We also started with delicious appetizers including the best artichoke I've ever eaten. Delicious wine throughout. We got the recipes for the pasta and the sauce. Roberto was kind, engaging, fun and informative throughout. I'm inspired to make pasta at home. We told him we were going to Venice next and he even provided some recommended restaurants. Just a wonderful experience all around!The wine , the company, the restaurant, the chefs!
