White, rose or red wine, produced by Mykonos Vioma farm, is offered at this tour, together with some treats. A tablecloth, a cooler for the wine, glasses, lanterns and a blanket (for chilly evenings) are carried along by the guide.
Since it is a romantic escape, you will be left in privacy to enjoy each other’s company.
As we cycle altogether back home, you will feel there’s nothing like this cool night breeze on your face, the serenity of the landscape, the starlit sky and the unique feeling of precious moments spent in romance with your partner.

- Alcoholic Beverages - You can enjoy a bottle of our house wine, white, rose or red, depending on your preferenece
- For the chilly nights a blanket will be available to keep you warm
What to expect
Itinerary
Our goal is to offer a romantic escape at off the beaten track Mykonos.
We get on our bicycles at the beautiful vineyard of Maou and then we cycle at the rural landscapes of Mykonos, while explaining at the same time the characteristics of the local architecture and our religious traditions.
We ride to the pristine beach of Fokos, where -weather permitting- we can also swim and shoot some underwater photos.
At the beach we will set a picnic with traditional products of Mykonos and our house wine, surrounded by lanterns. We will leave you in privacy to enjoy the romantic atmosphere and your wine before meeting an hour later to start our ride back.
We will cycle back to the vineyard with our lights on, since it will already be dark, but the roads will be empty and calm.

Additional information
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Service animals allowed
- Infant seats available
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- Mountain bikes and e-bikes have specifications for a total weight (rider + bike) of 120kg. Participants exceeding the maximum weight of 105 kg a) are riding at their own risk and b) will be obliged to compensate for any frame, wheels or components damage due to weight excess.
- A minimum of 2 participants are required for the activity to run.
- You may upgrade to e-bikes for an extra fee, if desired.
- Tour's starting time varies depending on sunset time. You will receive an email from Yummy Pedals informing you on the actual meeting time
- The tour takes place around sunset, but does not offer a sunset view from the beach.
- Helmets are sanitized after every use. Clean headscarfs are provided to use under the helmets. Bicycles are cleaned and handlebar grips & seats are sanitized after every use. Personnel wears gloves when handling food/beverages. When social distancing is not feasible, personnel wears face masks
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking

Cancellation
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of the experience.

My wife and I had such a great time on the Fokos Beach ride with Yummy Pedals. Dimitra and the team did such a great job: we learned about the local traditions on the island (and why there are so many churches), we saw and swam in the beautiful scenery (Dimitra took some excellent pictures we’ll treasure), and we enjoyed local foods as part of our ride. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be riding with Yummy Pedals the next time we are in Mykonos!Garrett L

Dimitra and Dimitris were so enjoyable and very knowledgeable guides. We went on the Lia beach tour and started at their family vineyard, sampling some of their wines. Such a perfect start to our trip in Mykonos and a lovely memory. Highly recommend to anyone looking to change up their vacation!

Dimitris was an excellent and knowledgeable guide, happy to assist cyclists of beginner and advanced levels enjoy the tour that you want. A courteous and clear explanation of all their covid procedures was welcome as was fitting the bikes to each of our needs. They also provide e-bikes for those less used to cycling or wanting a less challenging trek! We chose the Fokos beach tour which was very enjoyable with good pleasant cycling, yet with enough challenging sections to push an experienced cyclist a little harder. It was so tranquil to see, ride through and experience the wilder and more rural Northern part of Mykonos. The beaches we went to were pure and pristine, not commercialised at all and more natural for it!! We were served excellent energy-boosting snacks and I had an amazing swim in the sea which Dimitris photographed and videod underwater. We were also provided lots of very interesting explanations along the way as we came across different scenery, including the much depleted water reservoir, a stark reminder of the impact we all have on this planet. I would highly recommend Yummy Pedals for a slightly different side to Mykonos and to experience an aspect of this beautiful paradise that is less-visited with some wonderful scenery and above all, great cycling!Boephillips

Dimitris was an excellent, knowledgeable guide, who stopped at various spots to explain Mykonian life, architecture, religious practices and cultural traditions. A must-do for anyone keen to see the more authentic side of the island. This was my second bike tour with Yummy Pedals. I did the 2 hour tour and the 4 hour tour. I enjoyed it so much the first time with my sisters that I brought my husband the second time. Dimitria and Dimitrius are wonderful tour guides sharing history and traditions. It was nice to see the everyday life of Mykonos and get some exercise as well.
