Climbing trips for beginners are held periodically, check the availability of the calendar and choose whether you want to go in a group or individually. Gran Canaria enjoys a warm climate all year round, so any time is a good time for an adventure. The activity takes place in La Sorrueda's sector, which has routes, walls, and grades for climbing at any level.

Additional information
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- Not wheelchair accessible
- You should not be very afraid of heights
- You need to bring: sport clothing and shoes, light coat/raincoat, sunscreen, something light to eat, 1.5L of drinking water.
- *WARNING: The development of this tour depends on the weather conditions, the terrain and the people participating. Significant changes in any of these conditions may imply the MODIFICATION of the activity at the discretion of the guide.

We went climbing in a small group of 4 in La fattaga valley, Mogan, Rouge Nublo. All necessary equipment can be borrowed free of charge, but recommend using your own equipment on longer routes anyway. Great views, beautiful climbing in varied terrain with and perfect season to climb in the various areas. Fun to climb on such varied stones outside the Norwegian granite, yet some areas were alike, but challenging in completely different ways. The guide was helpful with tips for using different techniques along the different routes. and had good local knowledge of the various areas and provided good information about current regulations and challenges of climbing as visitors to the island. Note that the routes may have different ratings not necessarily of difficulty as in Norway, but because of it there is no control of all bolted routes, because it is almost free to bolt on Gran Canaria. Therefore, I recommend climbing with local celebrities before embarking on your own vertical projects. The known climbers often control different routes and give recommendations on which routes to avoid. noticed that in several places other climbers were assured as secured by several slings and secured on toprope at the same time in the nearest express where there was uncertainty about the top bolts. something to look for along the way. Gran Canaria is definitely an undiscovered climbing paradise that will be explored on the next occasion.cpackb
