Our guide was so well informed and educated! He was able to answer EVERY question we had! We not only got to do everything we wanted BUT so many fun extras! To top it off a member of our party was experiencing some severe tooth pain and out guide found him a WONDERFUL CLEAN dentist that was able to take care of the issue and take away his pain for the remainder of our 7 day cruise!!! And for $25!!!! Cruise? DONT BOOK WITH CRUISELINE.... Book here!!! Soooo much more worth it and they guarantee you get back in time!!! I seriously can not say enough wonderful things about this tour. We never felt rushed, never felt obligated, or uncomfortable. It was so laid back. Everywhere we went was nice, clean, and most of all FUN! Thinking of this tour?... don't think just book!! We are taking our kids back!!!We had an amazing experience in Honduras!! Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and polite. Will be returning very soon. I made these reservations before our cruise and then once our cruise started (and I had no cell service) I realized I had made them for the wrong day. Fortunately for me I was able to send an email while we were in Cozumel and I had no issues switching...
Javey was our tour guide and he was awesome! I made these reservations before our cruise and then once our cruise started (and I had no cell service) I realized I had made them for the wrong day. Fortunately for me I was able to send an email while we were in Cozumel and I had no issues switching the date. This company has amazing customer service. I forgot to make a note as to the type of tour I reserved when I reserved it, but when I emailed with questions I got an immediate response. Once I made my reservation I received an email telling me exactly how to find them, just pay attention to your instructions and you will be fine. There are many tour companies that will be trying to get your business once you get off the ship, but every time we explained that we already had reservations with this company we were always told which way to go. Javey first drove us to see the sloths and monkeys at Manawakie Park (I don't know why the information for this tour lists A.J's.....it was definitely Manawakie). After the Park Javey took us to the chocolate factory and the Rusty Fish Market. The Rusty Fish Market sells items that have been made by recycling. After the Rusty Fish Javey stopped by a little store so we could get something to drink. I told him I wanted some chips and once he discovered that I wanted something that was made locally he called my attention to Zambos. They were very good and we shared with him once we got back in the car. After we got our refreshments Javey took us to a place that had rum cakes. We tried a bunch of different flavors and ended up purchasing one. After we got our picture taken by the Roatan sign Javey took us back to the ship, but I have no doubt that if we had wanted to see more he would have accommodated us. I see many more trips to this island in the future and we will not hesitate to use this tour company again. Thank you Javey! FYI, I was able to purchase Zambos on Amazon.
