You will discover our traditions and learn historical facts about barbecue with our grill chef.
You will learn to brew mate and light the fire
We teach you how to make mincemeat empanadas and make your own repulgues.
We will give you tips to cook the roast.
You will taste exquisite wines from the region.
They will be taught about the most used spices in our region.
You are going to try traditional flavors, feel characteristic aromas of our gastronomy.
We have a vegetarian menu, it will be grilled, maintaining the spirit of the grill.
The vegetarian menu must be requested at the time of booking.
And above all, you will leave feeling that you have made new friends.

What to expect
We are going to share a unique experience with you, a traditional and characteristic activity of Argentina with the touch of Mendoza. You will participate in the barbecue ritual, you will not only enjoy characteristic flavors and aromas, but you will be part of it, you will be able to collaborate with our Grill Chef and at the same time learn his secrets. We are going to teach you how to prepare EL MATE.
All this and more, while learning about our culture and enjoying excellent wines and local beer.
Accompanied by a beautiful mountain view and in a quiet place away from the city.

Simply amazing!!! To begin, we were taken about 30 minutes from the city center to a scenic and tranquil location for an authentic Asado experience. We were greeted by Caesar (owner) Ana (host/sous chef and Franco ( cook..). It didn’t take long to feel welcome and see their expertise shine through. Our appetite was immediately opened with a glass of rose vermouth and soda water, yummy. What fun to make our own empanadas from scratch! We learned new techniques for cooking meat over an open flame. The homemade flan paired with Dulce de Leche was probably the best we ever tasted. The wine and beverage pairings were also very good. On top of all of this, we made new friends. Truly a day we will never forget! You can decide how much you want to cook/learn and how much you want to relax with the Andes as your backdrop. We recommend doing both. This isn’t your typical cooking class. The word that best describes it is authentic, in terms of location, technique and food. This fit our desire for authenticity in all three areas. Our recommendation is to leave the beaten path and embrace a one-of-a-kind Asado experience! Ana and Franco, our asado master, were lots of fun and exceptional teachers. Couldn’t recommend more.Amazing experience. Feels like you’re at a friend’s house having a special meal.
