What to expect
Start your activity being picked up at your hotel. Then take a short drive to the ranch (20 minutes), enjoying the nature along the way. Here you will meet your horse and the guide of the activity. Once introduced and given the first instructions, we begin the ascent to Terevaka. At first we cross a eucalyptus forest where small birds live. Then we continue riding through the high mountain meadows, a perfect place to enjoy the view and the changes of tones in the sunlight. Once at the top, the horses graze and we sit down to enjoy an outdoor spectacle: a sunset in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
On the way back, the first stars appear and in the middle of the forest we reach the end of the route.
Special route for beginners. Maximum 6 people. The weather can be quite unpredictable, so it's a good idea to be prepared for some rain.

What I really like is that there were only three people in our group. The horses are well cared for and in good shape. Decided to do this tour last minute. It was a good decision. I never rode a horse before but they made sure I was comfortable and safe. They are very professional. Clicked our pictures as well while our hands were busy riding the horse. The saddles were brand new and comfy. As I'm an ardent animal lover and against exploiting animals for pleasure, for me it was a relief to see that all the horses were healthy and were treated with such love and care.The ride to Mt. Terevaka was very enjoyable. Tremendous views on the way up as well as at the top and the ride itself was quite comfortable. I recommend this if you're going to the island.
