Simply put, this is a superb excursion. Our tour guide, Lisa (or Liza—my apologies if I've got that wrong), was superb—knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic—and we gained a fantastic insight into both the region and the Champagne-making process. As for the tastings, you pretty much get your money's worth on those alone!
