Join our talented storyteller at Penn Square's visitors center, where you will begin your journey through historic Lancaster. Don't forget there will be food!

This 3-hour walk through Lancaster's downtown showcases this city's diverse culture offering delicious food samples from several local family-owned eateries. No chain restaurants on this tour. Some special dietary requirements can be accommodated, so let us know prior to your tour.

This all-inclusive tour runs rain or shines during the Spring, Summer, and Fall. Sorry, no Winter tours (the guide is not a fan of the cold). Looking forward to meeting you!

Stop At: Lancaster Central Market, 23 North Market Street, Lancaster, PA 17603

Your guide will take you through the Market giving you the history of the Market and it's vendors and some of their samples.

Duration: 20 minutes

Stop At: St. James Episcopal Church, 119 N Duke St, Lancaster, PA 17602, USA

This church has a few historic members in its past congregations, that have played pivotal roles in the development of the nations flag, laws of the land, and the its own Romeo, Juliet.

Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: 45 S Queen St, Lancaster, PA 17603, USA

This is the site of the Home of Thaddeus Stevens the author of the Emancipation Proclamation and champion of Public Education for everyone.

Duration: 10 minutes

Stop At: Fulton Theatre, 12 N Prince St, Lancaster, PA 17603-3808

This historic theatre, along with being a place of outstanding modern day entertainment, is the site of the massacre of the Conestoga Indian tribe, and is known to a few resident ghosts.

Debbie was great tour guide. Funny and informative. Eat a very light breakfast before tour. We were very full. There was a mix of serving sizes. Carry water and de prepared to walk. My pedometer said i walked over 2 miles.
