The people were really nice to work with and our tour guide was very nice. We only saw three horses, but that isn’t their fault.

Casey was the tour guide extraordinaire! He was SO knowledgeable of the landscape, the horses, BLM, and the flora and fauna in the area that my head was going to explode with everything I learned on our Wild Mustang Tour! He was an absolute pleasure and really answered all my teens (4 of them) questions. We were able to hike across the plains to view the horses (within 100 yards which he monitored closely) and we were able to visit a canyon area that had gorgeous sweeping views of the area. We were out there for a few hours but it felt like a few minutes. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wishes to see nature IN nature. These horses are amazing. Our van contained only our family which was nice because we felt like we had his personalized attention the entire time. This is a MUST do adventure! When a group of Mustangs was detected, the van stopped and we were handed a pair of binocular. When a group of Mustangs was detected, the van stopped and we were handed a pair of binocular. But they were 3 miles away and no chance to see them and their activity clearly. We thought that we would get closer by trying to drive closer to the group. But no, we moved away searching for another group that we never found. We were told that this is not possible for a company to do off road when you have the right do so with your own car! So take your car instead of paying a company! You can see attached a picture of the Mustang group that we took with a camera (mximum zoom x30). So far that we could not even start observing them. Yes, Mustang are wild animals, but if the company is not authorized to drive closer to them to observe them why paying a company? The area out there is beautiful. Though we didn’t get to see any of the herds up close it was still great to see the sanctuary and our tour guides was very sweet and knowledgeable.
