What to expect
Opened in 1945, Rajadamnern Thai Boxing Stadium is one of the two Muay Thai stadiums in Bangkok. Rajadamnern Stadium operates every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday when doors open from 6pm. The seating is divided into three classes, ringside, second class and third class. Snaring some ringside seats will give you the extreme experience of sitting as close to the fighters as you can get. You’ll be right in the middle of all the action and maybe even end up next to the fighter’s teams and their supporters. Second and third class are still impressive! Sitting in among the locals who are betting on the fighters and getting more and more excited as the night progresses is a truly authentic way to experience a Muay Thai stadium.

Everything about this experience was fantastic. The driver, the tour staff and the stadium staff were very polite and friendly and made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. The seats were right at ringside and the staff checked often if we needed any food or drinks, which were all reasonably priced. I’ve always wanted to check out some live Muy Thai and I was not disappointed. It’s a really exciting sport to watch up close and we even had an opportunity to take a picture with one of the fighters. The driver was close by to take us home whenever we wanted. Overall it was a seamless experience and lots of fun.A very humbling experience. This was my first time going to a Muay Thai match. All I can say , Viator had everything organized from my hotel pickup to my ringside seating. I enjoyed the fights and was able to get a pic with one the fighters in the back.

Had such a great time despite never really having seen a boxing match of any kind before. You do get ringside seats and a close up view of everything happening which was sick. Energetic atmosphere and the facility itself is nice. Be sure to pick something up from the the gift shop! Our driver was great and handed us off to the staff who helped us get checked in and to our seats. Do note that this isn’t a guided event, but the driver and staff take care of you so we weren’t worried. Definitely recommend if you want to see something different while you’re in Bangkok.
