The van was very nice and clean and the translator, Javier, was very hospitable. Javier also walked us into the airport and made sure we were in the correct area for check-in. We had a very good experience! Our driver was waiting for us, sign in hand and took us promptly to our hotel. I would highly recommend this service for anyone arriving in Guayaquil.

The driver was on time and was very professional, polite. There were several issues. In Ecuador, locals comunícate with travelers through the WhatsUp App. No one told us and we never got a response once had booked the airport transport. Because we never heard from the local company after booking, we started looking for second alternate transportation choice. We left several voice mails and emails on the contact information provided, but no one responded. We got nervous about missing our flight and started searching for an alternate transport company. A local friend suggested we use What’s Up to contact them. It worked. They confirmed the pick up time. Another issue was that when booking there was no place to enter requested pick up time, only flight time. In other words, the transport company would determine the pick up time. When doing international flights, I am strict about the three hour airport arrival, too many things can go wrong. We were not given that option, only two hours. Thankfully, we made the flight on time. The third issue is with Viator. Every time I try to use the app, it will not accept my password, and it makes it impossible to change the password. I’ve had this issue repeatedly with the Viator app, and have had to book with other companies while traveling because I could not us the app.
