The opening acts weren’t as exciting as we’d hoped. The host was fun, but hey had the stage for what felt like most the time. The cast was young, nonetheless talented. So passionate. Charming. Energetic. The hospitality was perfect. The best part of the show was the actual dances, and anytime they weren’t dancing it was pretty boring. The price was very steep for what you received. We bought VIP for about 170 dollars each, but I wouldn’t have paid that based off of the show. Too many jokes not enough Luau. Other than that, amazinggg staff! ❤️ Thank you for the experienceOverall this was a great luau experience, the show is interactive and the host made the show intimate and fun. Overall this was a great luau experience, the show is interactive and the host made the show intimate and fun. I have to admit I was a little concerned with the poor reviews, however, none of the concerns listed were observed or evident during our visit. FOOD - The food portions were large, and the servers asked if you wanted more. You will have an option to go back for seconds if you want. The quality of food was good, seasoned well and definitely gave you the authentic taste of traditional luau food. The Mai Tais were very good, there was a good balance of flavor, and was true to the authentic Hawaiian taste you would expect. Yes, this show is located in the International Market Place and customers can watch from the second and third balcony. Remember you are paying for the experience, which includes the food, drink, and show. The International Market Place has history and is special to the island, I would recommend understanding the history of the location also. The show was high quality, very interactive, and entertaining. We never once thought the show was bad or could be improved. In the end, the host asked everyone to leave an honest review because they want to ensure they continually work on being the best experience possible. All in all, I would recommend this luau, great food and experience!!This is located in the mall so the atmosphere wasn't great. I think due to the atmosphere the show has a bit of a slow start, because the quest are uncomfortable. The food was fine. The performance was well done.

This is a very difficult review to write. The staff were great!! From check in to the end of the show they were personable, engaging and genuinely friendly. The show was entertaining and well done. However, the setting, in the middle of a mall!! We could have gone to the second floor and watched, for free!! The food was 5/10 at best. For the money we paid, plastic ware??!!! REALLY. The description said the mall name, but we have never been here, could have been on the moon. Again the staff and show were really fantastic, but the ambiance was lacking. Wouldn’t recommend this without some up grade! The instant friendships, very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Feeling of happiness. For everyone.

It was a good luau option if you don't want to do the overpriced ones on the beach. It's hosted in the middle of the international marketplace so if you just want to see the show, you can watch for free on the second floor, but you're paying for access to the drinks and food. The food was awesome, the bar was expensive as expected in Waikiki, but drinks were made well. Our package came with a complimentary drink which honestly was small, should at least be a regular drink and not just a gotcha sell. Again, if you don't want to pay $260+/person just to go out to an owned venue for pretty much the same idea, this is the tour to go with. Pay for the front row seating if you want to be fed quickly. If you don't mind waiting a while just go to the back rows.
