A wonderful day out. The booking process was easy, the courtesy pick up on time, the check in and ground staff were friendly and helpful as were the crew. The information announcements from the Captain were interesting, informative and relevant. The boat boat was comfortable and clean, the transfer to the island transfer was quick and safe, as was the departure. The time spent at Whitehaven Beach was sufficient. The only negative was from a personal perspective, from the buffet food provided, my son and I could only eat the fresh fruit. Despite me queuing up twice, we didn’t get any as the other passengers loaded up their plates with the fruit and by the time I got to the front the only thing left were dried apricots and cheese. I did approach the staff only to be told that the fresh fruit had all gone. However, all in all a great day out, highly recommended and thank you.StephenM523
