Punta Sur Eco Beach Park Electric Bike Tour in Cozumel
Overview
The 5-hour tour includes transportation to and from the park. Our knowledgeable guides will point out the many interesting things you will see as you cruise along on your electric bicycle. Also included in your tour is a visit to a crocodile habitat, the Faro lighthouse, the museum, shopping, turtle nesting habitat, beach cabanas, hammocks to relax in and a guided snorkeling tour at the reef with gear provided. Also, a delicious sampler of Guacamole and Fish Ceviche and a refreshing non-alcoholic drink awaits at the Beach Club.
In good shape or not, novice or expert, everyone can ride with ease on the Pedego electric bikes.

Your tour begins here, at our store located on the coastal highway right in front of the Palmar Condos. After checking in and getting all the gear necessary, our transportation awaits to take us to Punta Sur, Eco-Park to begin our adventure
Stop At: Punta Sur Eco Beach Park, Punta Sur, Cozumel 77600 Mexico
Enjoy riding an Electric bike through Punta Sur, Cozumel's largest natural reserve. Visit the Lighthouse and get the best view, stop at the lagoon and visit the Crocodiles. And lastly, enjoy Anemona del Mar beach club and enjoy a delicious bowl of guacamole with chips.

Today we went last minute on electric bikes to Punta Sur. I contacted Beach Bum Cozumel a day before and they replied very fast. Within an hour my tour was set up and confirmed. From the moment we arrived till the moment we came back, the service was absolutely great. As I'm from Holland, a bike country, I didn't have high expectations from a bike excursion. But WOW! I'm amazed by how great this experience was, I mean really amazing. You go on an electric bike with guide through the jungle, among the ocean. In between you have several stops to watch crocodiles, jungle, beaches, to climb the light house and in the end a great and refreshing stop to snorkel and eat and drink something. They provide helmets and safety jackets. As well we got a bottle of water per person. Our guide was very informative, but also gave us the space to explore by ourselves. If you love nature and adventures, this is definitely a great opportunity to explore Punta Sur! Together with my family I had a perfect day thanks to Beach Bum Cozumel. Gabriel has a wealth of knowledge that added to the experience and made you want to learn more about the Mayan culture. An easy process to take a tour with this company and you will feel at ease being in trusted hands (especially if it’s Gabriel)! This tour is a must do!! Our tour with Fernado was a highlight of our cruise. He was prepared, thoughtful, patient with kids and grown ups alike, and incredibly alert and careful with our group. Our bike ride was a blast; if you've not ridden one of these electric bikes you need to do so soon. He was also a wonderful snorkel trip leader, keeping watch over our swimmers both young and old to make sure we were safe and having fun. HIghly recommend this tour if you're ever on Cozumel!

The itinerary for this tour was very good: Punta Sur is one of the most beautiful places in the Caribbean, and riding the electric bikes was a blast. However this tour was run by a couple of 20 something guys who have no concept or understanding of customer service. We took a hike into the Cozumel scrub to see a cenote. The hike was about 25 min in, 25 min out. Do you think they could have warned us to bring water? We from the north are not used to the hot sun. My husband and I came out dehydrated and not feeling well. The ride to Punta Sur in the back of their van with the bikes was awful 30 minutes from their offices each way down to Punta Sur. 3 adults on a bench seat that only went 3/4 of the way across--the windows didn't open and bike handles were sticking us in the back of the head. The guide and his driver were quite comfortable in the front and didn't even bother to look back at us to see how we were doing. I could only recommend this tour to others if they are willing to over look terrible customer service. The sites they are offering are worthwhile.

My wife was not feeling well so she had to stay on the ship. Solo and with the desire to explore and exercise, I headed to Beach Bum (two blocks from our pier) and rented an electric bike (I also bought 2 liters of bottled water at the grocery store next door). I was able to ride around the whole island of Cozumel in 4 hours, including a beach stop and dive at Punta Sur. I used the power assist in Low mode the whole time, so the battery would last for the whole 75Km (about 50 miles) and it did! This is the best way to experience Cozumel! The rental included a helmet, chain and lock, and a front bag to put the water bottles. The bike was in good condition, and the electric motor was AWESOME!!
