When I arrived at Juliaca airport, I waited outside looking for someone to have a card with my name. Soon, individuals were asking me if I wanted a taxi. I told them that I have already prearranged one. They were nice and helpful enough to help me look for the taxi. I don't speak Spanish. Eventua...
When I arrived at Juliaca airport, I waited outside looking for someone to have a card with my name. Soon, individuals were asking me if I wanted a taxi. I told them that I have already prearranged one. They were nice and helpful enough to help me look for the taxi. I don't speak Spanish. Eventually, I was found by someone, the conductor I presume, who confirmed my name. I was led to a van where other passengers were. There were about 5-6 passengers in total. Some were locals who took the van ad-hoc, not pre-booked. We waited a few minutes and soon headed to Puno, which was good since I didn't want us to wait until the van was full. My flight arrived on Sunday, 8:30am and was on the way by 8:50am. The van was comfortable and I arrived at my hotel within the hour. No traffic.CHIHOU_W

I was told my flight was overbooked, and had to take the next flight. I tell the service provider instantly and they respond quickly, renewing my pickup.
