Day 1: Full Day Excursion to Cafayate / Search between 7:00 & 7:45 am (Duration 12 hours)
Stop At: Salta, Salta, Province of Salta, Northern Argentina
We will start the service with the search of the passengers for their Accommodations or Hotels between 7:00 & 7:45 am. It is important to know that the search for accommodation will be carried out within a radius of 20 blocks around the Main Square of the City of Salta "9 de Julio".

Stop At: Quebrada del Rio de las Conchas, Ruta Nacional 68, Cafayate Argentina
In this Full Day Excursion service you leave the City of Salta in the direction of the Town of Cafayate along Provincial Route No. 68. The main thing in this Excursion is the visit to La Quebrada de las Conchas (Quebrada de Cafayate) which has an extension of approximately 90 km before reaching the town of Cafayate. On the way there and back we will make several stops at the different natural formations and mountain networks.

We will enter this Beautiful Natural Formation to Appreciate its Beauty and Take Great Photographs.

We will enter this Beautiful Natural Formation to Appreciate its Beauty and Take Great Photographs.

Stop At: Cafayate, Cafayate, Province of Salta, Northern Argentina
Passengers will visit a winery. Then you will have free time to have lunch and visit the Main Square and the Surroundings of the Town of Cafayate. At approximately 3:30 p.m. we will start our way back along Route No. 68 to arrive in the City of Salta at approximately 6:30 p.m.

Having traveled about 35 km we will arrive at the town of Carril where we will connect with Provincial Route No. 33. From here, we will enter the beautiful Quebrada del Escoipe, in whose landscape a natural green color predominates.

Stop At: Cuesta del Obispo, RN33, Salta Argentina
During the Tour of this Path, passengers will make several stops. They will lower the vehicle to appreciate the landscape and take many photographs

Stop At: Recta del Tin Tin, Cachi Argentina
During the Tour of this Path, passengers will make several stops. They will lower the vehicle to appreciate the landscape and take many photographs.

Stop At: Parque Nacional Los Cardones, Cachi Argentina
Passengers will have between 30 and 45 minutes to explore Los Cardones National Park on foot.

Here the passengers will have 2 hours Free. 1 free hour for lunch according to your choice. They will also have 1 free hour to walk around the town of Cachi.

The First Stop on Day 1 is in the town of Purmamarca (Jujuy), where we will stop at a Mirador del Cerro de 7 Colores located at the entrance of the town.

Stop At: Cuesta de Lipan, RN52, Purmamarca Argentina
Having made the technical stop at the Mirador del Cerro de 7 Colores in Purmamarca, we will continue on Route 52 and begin the ascent through the incredible Cuesta de Lipan, whose highest point reaches 4720 meters above sea level. During this section we will make some stops to appreciate the majestic view of the landscape and take pictures.

Stop At: Salinas Grandes, 4600 Argentina
Here passengers can visit the beautiful Salinas Grandes. Currently, in order to visit the Salar, passengers must pay a small contribution to an aboriginal community settled in the place. There is also the possibility of visiting the 'Piletones' and the 'Ojo de Mar' located 3 km within the Salinas Grandes. In case of making this optional visit, a contribution must also be paid to the aboriginal community. It is important to know that in order to visit the Piletones and the Ojo de Mar, all passengers in the group must agree.

Stop At: Purmamarca, Purmamarca, Province of Jujuy, Northern Argentina
After visiting the Salinas Grandes we will return to the town of Purmamarca where passengers will have 1 hour free time to visit the town of Purmamarca, as well as 1 hour free for lunch.

Stop At: Paseo de los Colorados, Calle Gorriti Florida s/n, Purmamarca Y4619ACA Argentina
In this case, the passengers together with the guide will approach the main entrance of the Paseo de los Colorados, located at the back of the Cerro de los 7 Colores.

Tengo que separar las experiencias de los tours realizados con otro prestador los que fueron excelentes tanto los choferes como los guías quienes demostraron un amplio conocimiento y donde aprendimos un montón y párrafo aparte para los choferes muy responsables en el manejo de caminos de montaña....

Just got back from the Cafayate, Cachi, and Salinas tour with De Tiamar Travel. Despite some unforeseen circumstances, it turned out to be an experience I'd readily recommend. Due to roadblocks and protests in Jujuy, we unfortunately couldn't visit Salinas as planned. De Tiamar Travel, however, ...
Just got back from the Cafayate, Cachi, and Salinas tour with De Tiamar Travel. Despite some unforeseen circumstances, it turned out to be an experience I'd readily recommend. Due to roadblocks and protests in Jujuy, we unfortunately couldn't visit Salinas as planned. De Tiamar Travel, however, promptly offered us the option to reschedule or receive a refund. I won't deny, getting the refund processed was somewhat tedious and complicated by the exchange rate. But they handled it efficiently, and we got our refund via TripAdvisor without any issues. Pushing that aside, the rest of the trip was fantastic. The first two days spent in Cafayate and Cachi were a visual feast. We journeyed through spectacular landscapes in comfortable buses and everything was well-organized. Our guide in Cafayate, Federico (hope I got the name right), was terrific. His enthusiasm and knowledge made the tour even more enjoyable. All in all, despite missing Salinas, I'd still recommend this tour. De Tiamar Travel showed professionalism and the experience in Cafayate and Cachi was truly memorable. If you're looking to explore the scenic beauty of Argentina and fortunate enough to get Federico as your guide, you're in for a remarkable journey.car0linacabrera

Si te hospedas en Salta recordar que empiezan a las 7 a levantar gente por los hoteles y Volves tipo 18:30 o 19 hs, Salinas es hermoso y te dan un tiempo prudente para sacarte las fotos, Cachi es hermoso!! A ser excusiones largas los guías son copados y te la hacen llevadera...

Excellent tour! I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Salta. All three days were incredibly memorable…I was able to see so much in such a small amount of time. Also good for solo travelers as I was able to meet some really great people :)
