We booked this tour. We have booked dozens of these tours over the years through Tripadvisor and enjoyed them all sometimes we have been in a group of 12 to 16 sometimes just the two of us. We have never had a tour cancel. Today at the last minute these people cancelled because they said not enough people were coming I guess they meant it was just two or four. This ruined our stop at Bordeaux. Then they said they were rebooking us three days away using our credit card. We were not going to be around and had not agreed to this. The number they gave was a dead number. Okay we tried every way possible to advise we do not live in Bordeaux and could not simply show up any time they picked. They sent us a note picking another random date and kept the money. We tried to cancel but they said since we were cancelling they kept our money. These people are sleazy cheats and should not be allowed on Tripadvisor.I went on this tour with 3 of my girlfriends and we all loved it! Ani was a great guide - he was both fun to be around and very knowledgeable. We especially enjoyed the tasting at the end - not only was the wine great, but so was the cheese that it was paired with. Thank you!!
