La prima cantina visitata è a conduzione familiare, ottima la visita molto attenti nel farti conoscere la loro produzione vitivinicola. Degustazione di vini bianchi e rossi molto molto interassante. Purtroppo la seconda cantina non ci ha permesso la visita aziendale, ma solo una breve degustazione. Comunque abbiamo acquistato i vini, sia bianchi che rossi. Jerome ci ha permesso di visitare uno splendido villaggio che ha dato i natali a Papa Leone IX, una vera chicca da scoprire. Consiglio l'esperienza con Jerome.Nosso passeio superou as expecativas . I made the mistake of staying in Colmar for (only) 2 nights over a weekend in September arriving mid-afternoon on Saturday. This left Sunday as our only full day. Approximately, 80% of the wineries are closed for tastings on Sundays. Jerome, based on some of my research and some back-and-forth emails, took care of arranging all winery visits, picked us up (early) & dropped us off at our hotel. He obviously knew his Alsace region, wineries, and never hurried us along. I recommend Jerome if you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, personable, no worries 1/2 day wine tasting experience.If there were more that 5 stars I would give them. Jérôme couldn't have been nicer. He was just a few minutes late (less than 5) and spent an extra hour with us to make up for it. If there were more that 5 stars I would give them. Jérôme couldn't have been nicer. He was just a few minutes late (less than 5) and spent an extra hour with us to make up for it. He is very bright and articulate, quite knowledgeable about the region. We started in Colmar and visited the small towns to the northwest. It was Sunday and there weren't too many wine tastings to choose from so we enjoyed a few and then he took us on a wonderful driving adventure of the region. He was very flexible and I appreciated that he didn't follow a standard plan. Jérôme used to be a professional cyclist in this region so he knows all the best roads for sightseeing. His car was an immaculate new hybrid, very quiet. I would recommend him highly, and it was worth the extra cost for us to enjoy the private tour customized to our preferences.Jerome Pierre planned a fabulous day of wine tasting throughout the Alsace region. Jerome Pierre planned a fabulous day of wine tasting throughout the Alsace region. He put together an itinerary of varied wineries — from very small, family operated to a modern, biodynamic winery. He arranged a fabulous lunch for us — one of our favorite meals of the trip — as well. He was quick to respond to all emails as we planned our day, accommodating in picking us up in Strasbourg and ending our day at our accommodates in Colmar, and was friendly and helpful throughout the process. I would definitely book again!
