The walking tour was excellent. Our guide, Christele, was very knowledgeable, patient, humorous and obviously very passionate about Bayeux. The 2-hour tour flew by and was by far the best walking tour we experienced on this trip. Highly recommend.

My sister and I booked a private tour with the wonderful Christèle for the 2nd March 2023. We were met with smiles and a warm welcome. The whole experience was so enjoyable and Christèle's knowledge was fantastic. It was lovely to see her greeting other local people throughout the morning, at one...
My sister and I booked a private tour with the wonderful Christèle for the 2nd March 2023. We were met with smiles and a warm welcome. The whole experience was so enjoyable and Christèle's knowledge was fantastic. It was lovely to see her greeting other local people throughout the morning, at one point she said hello to a lady who then opened up her home (it was an historic building) so we could see the inner courtyard. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt relaxed, looked after and educated. Bayeux is a wonderful place which we would urge you to visit and, of course, if you do please book a private tour with Discovery Walks - you won't regret it. Thank you Christèle x
