- Please confirm the number of people and the suitcases for your transfer.
- Wheelchair users must inform our agent whether guest(s) is/are fully dependent on the chair or partly able to walk or move.
- Deren Koray Tourism's transfer personnel will meet you at the arrival gate, please look out for your name all the way down to exit.
- You will see your name along the way.
- Please print out the guideline that will be sent before your journey. You can also keep it in your phone or tablet.
- Please note the emergency GSM numbers just in case.
HOTEL PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS

- For healthier travel experience, we will be upgrading our standard vehicles to SUVs, MPVs and Vans for 8 people or less and 16 or 33 seater minibuses for 9 people or more, both options at no extra cost.
