We follow up your flight. Driver will be waiting for the customer wearing "Somos Viaje" Hat and Shirt. Also they have an identification card showing the customer name to ensure no confusion what so ever. We welcome you to our beautiful country and proceed to start the service. Victor and Manuel greeted my sister and I with a very pleasant smile, they toke really good care of us from private transportations to shopping areas to giving us extremely great hospitality. Victor (who speaks both English and Spanish with a little attempt at creole lol) went above and beyond to ensure that I had an amazing birthday. He assisted us with (CHEAPER) tours and even went out of his way to show us a little bit of night life in Punta Cana.
