You can pre-book your private airport transfer from JFK to New York.

Solo puedo hablar mal de esta compañía,al llegar a New York pasar la frontera y recoger las maletas el conductor ya se había ido,le llamamos y nos dijo que ya no estaba y nos colgó el teléfono 3 veces más, viajamos con menores y nos dejó tirados en el aeropuerto teniendo que coger un taxi. Lo peor de todo es que a la vuelta el conductor era el mismo, a parte se no decirnos nada en absoluto en todo el trayecto se comportó como un verdadero animal al volante a demás de ser un peligro en la conducción e incluso llegando al aeropuerto se picó con otro coche a gran velocidad, señor conductor es usted un taxista no un conductor de fórmula 1. Experiencia nefasta. Hicimos la reserva fijando la hora de recogida como se indica al resrvar y te mandan la confirmación por mail. A pesar de ello no estuvieron allí y nos dejaron tirados. El conductor envió un mensaje diciendo que se iba... Y se excusan diciendo que la página de seguimiento del vuelo ya daba como aterrizado y entonces ajustan la hora a ese dato...! No respetan la hora que el cliente contrata. Me parece que sólo es una excusa y no hacen el servicio, es un timo. Se quedan con el dinero cargado en la tarjeta, no lo devuelven, y encima te envían una factura con unos datos falsos como si hubieran hecho el servicio. Talixo – Kindly do not respond by saying that “Please provide us with your booking number by sending an email to [email protected], so that we can take a further look at your case” as we have already done that and see what reply we have got from your side in the attached screenshot. I am continuously following up by e-mails but till date no positive response received from your side. I have send first email on 16th April 2023 at [email protected] & on 30th May at [email protected] (where I was told to contact booker for refund request) & finally on 20th June 2023 I was being told that supplier (Talixo) is not providing any refund for this service(See the attached). This is with reference to Booking Reference Number 34067341.We have booked one way transfer JFK Airport to Homewood Suites in New York on 31st March 2023.We want the refund of the same as we have not availed your service. Reason is mentioned in the below email. Our Flight was Emirates EK203 which arrived at 9:40am. As soon as flight arrived, I messaged as well as called the Driver and informed him that flight have just arrived and we still in the flight. I kept him updated all the time by messaging and calling him stating that we are still stuck in immigration due to long queue and it would take a bit more time as immigration process is not in our hands. It was only 40 minutes and Driver started calling and messaging me that wait time is over and I need to pay 50$ extra in cash for one more hour if need to wait else I am leaving. Is this the way? We were still in Immigration Line and long queue was there and we requested Driver to wait for some more time or come back at a later time but he was very rude and telling me to contact my Boss and speak to him. I asked to share his Boss Number or get me connected but he was neither giving the number nor connecting me to the concern person. He kept calling me and was asking me to pay extra cash else he would leave. Finally, at 10:30 am I told him that I won’t pay any extra cash and hence you can leave. Driver waited for just 40 minutes after the Flight Arrival while in Voucher it is mentioned that Maximum waiting time at the Airport is 75 minutes after the arrival of the flight. Since the flight was delayed a bit the Driver should come as per Actual Arrival Time and not as per expected Arrival Time. He should ideally wait for at least 75 minutes after arrival of the flight but he just waited for approx. 40 minutes after arrival of the flight and was not ready to wait for few more minutes. We have given flight details to your company so that Driver can track and can come accordingly at the airport as per arrival time of the flight. How can you expect a person to complete Immigration and luggage formalities within 25 minutes of Flight Landing? Talixo should understand all this process and time taken for all this and driver should come accordingly for pickup (Say after 1-2 hours of Flight Arrival). Despite communicating continuously with the driver once our flight arrived, the driver still left the airport within 40 minutes of Flight Arrival and we were charged in full i.e 125$.We ended up being stuck with no option and had to get another taxi’s outside of the airport which was much cheaper than what we have paid for your service. We paid to you almost around 125$ and Uber XL was coming around 85$. We definitely would not recommend booking with Talixo as you can’t control delays through the airport upon arrival and it’s unreasonable to be charged in full. I must say that your service is very bad and Driver also needs a proper training. Going forward I will never use your service nor recommend it to anyone. Infact I have cancelled all my Future Transfers with your company during our tour. For your record and reference, I have attached all the screenshots of the conversation which I had with the driver along with email conversations with your company.
