We had this transfer booked prior to arrival in SMA. The morning of our departure from the hotel, we texted the driver to confirm pickup. Seemed there was some confusion on the size of the car required to transport us - they mistakenly has a small sedan for our rather large group with a lot of luggage. With one hour until departure time, Viator customer service was very responsive. As the issue "escalated up the chain" - the owner of Viator located in Europe even answered our call in the middle of his night and got on top of the issue right away. In the end, within on hour, we departed on-time in a wonderful huge Suburban that was impeccably clean and comfortable. Our driver was just wonderful and we are so happy we booked this tour through Viator. Our driver Diego spoke fluent English and gave us a really interesting commentary on past and present Mexican life which made our 3.5 hour journey go fast. Careful driver. Good pick up and drop off. Recommend this service.
