We booked and paid up front a taxi from airport taxi transfers.con from Newark airport, New Jersey to Manhattan. The driver was to meet us in the arrivals hall with our name on a board and the journey time was estimated at 30 minutes. The driver turned up 35 minutes late even though he sent messages saying he was on time then only 5 mins away which were complete lies. But worse was to come. He hadn’t a clue where he was going and the 30 minute journey took 2 hours. He ended up going through the Lincoln tunnel which he shouldn’t have been near. We had to ask him several times if he knew where the hell he was going and he blamed roadworks!! The whole way to Manhattan he was on 2 phones sending messages and following the map. Needless to say there was no tip given So do yourself a favour and do not use these guys. The worst service I have ever experiencedLisa_D

Our driver Lee was very professional and communicated well. We texted back and forth while waiting for our other friends to arrive on a separate flight and she waited for all of us and then pulled the car right up.

初めてJFK以外の空港からのニューヨーク入りでした。 空港は新しいターミナルで広々とした空間が良かったのですが、飛行機を降りてから手荷物受け取りまでが遠い。 マンハッタンまでの移動はタクシーを利用しましたが、タクシー乗り場の案内ボックスで行き先を伝えると基本料金、高速料金、クレジット料金が印字されたレシートを発行してくれました。タクシーは遠回りすることもあるからUBERを利用することを勧める場合もありますが、ニューアーク空港では安心してタクシーが利用出来ます。
